The new building’s strengths lie in the comfort of the premises and their easy adaptability. Signe’s open office spaces can be flexibly converted to suit customer needs and various purposes of use, from an open office to a multi-space office supporting hybrid work. Signe has more than 12,000 square metres of office space, which can be divided within each floor into offices of 1,000 or 2,000 square metres. If one user uses several floors, they can be connected with private staircases.

Maximum flexibility

A distinctive feature of Signe is its raised access floor, which makes the spaces exceptionally easy to reconfigure. A workstation or a private office room can be built over a single weekend.

The access floor enables a clutter-free office without cable bundles or floor-mounted power poles: electrical cabling runs beneath the floor surface, and power outlets can be placed directly under workstations and moved flexibly along with the furniture.

Thanks to the adjustable floor height, changing floor finishes is also easy. The access floor is sound-insulating and non-resonant, supporting a comfortable working environment.

Exceptionally efficient hybrid office space on the top floor with the best views of the city. The floor has its own large-sized terrace with stunning views over the roofs of the city. Spatial solutions are implemented according to wishes.
