The exterior work of Signe near completion, interior construction progressing on schedule

The final year of construction is about to begin at the Signe worksite at Mannerheimintie 14.

Recently chosen as Construction Site of the Year, Signe’s exterior is beginning to take on its final appearance as the stonework on the façade progresses. The façade facing Mannerheimintie features Jura stone quarried at two different altitudes, giving it tone variations that bring richness to the architecture and helps break up the large building into a visually more engaging part of the streetscape. The stonework on the façade will be completed in early 2026.

Interior construction is progressing well and on schedule.

Work in the courtyard has also begun, and paving is currently being laid on the rear walkway located in the outdoor area on the building’s second floor.

Signe will be completed at the end of 2026.
