Traffic arrangements related to Signe’s tenant moves

Some of Signe’s tenants will begin moving into the property on Friday, 2 October, which will require temporary traffic arrangements in the vicinity of Mannerheimintie 14–16 until the end of 2026. The moves are planned and carried out with safety considerations in mind and in a way that minimises disruption to others moving in the area.

Traffic arrangements related to the move:

• When trucks arrive at or leave the site, pedestrian and bicycle traffic may be stopped temporarily if necessary. Traffic to and from the parking garage may also be briefly paused to ensure safe vehicle movements.

• The work area located within the pedestrian and cycling zone will be fenced off, and warning and guidance signage will be installed for pedestrians and cyclists.

• Whenever a truck enters or exits the work area, the safety of pedestrians and cyclists will be ensured through traffic control. At least two traffic controllers will be on site at all times.

• Trucks will be directed to the fenced unloading area via the sidewalk at Mannerheimintie 16 (Apollo). Exit from the site will take place via the intersection on the Kalevankatu side.
